We are so excited that you’re here and we would love to introduce ourselves if you aren’t familiar with our boutique yet. Bella Rose was created by Kimberly Hoctor during a time when she realized that there was a need for people to indulge in self-care, and so the idea for Bella Rose boutique was born. Kimberly wanted to make spa-like experiences and products available to everyone and at an affordable price. Currently we are excited to be offering bath bombs, shower steamers, bath scrubs and salts, soaps, lotions, candles, and beauty accessories. Our brick and mortar store is located in the beautiful Pacific Northwest (Fairhaven, Washington).

We are proud to be working with our community by offering collaborations to local beauty, soap, candle, and toiletry creators. We hope to feature local artisans in our subscription boxes, on our website and in our store. It’s important to Kimberly and the Bella Rose staff to have strong relationships within our community and to support other entrepreneurs and small businesses. Kimberly has also made it her mission to have Bella Rose Boutique be dedicated to locally sourced and cause-related businesses, as well as national brands.
